Beside being certified like new, what is the diff between this kit  :    http://www.x10.com/promotions/ur86a_ed_pcvga_sd_promo.html     (29,99)

and this kit :  http://www.x10.com/promotions/ur86a_ed_sender_0821_v2.html  (59,99)

the second kit have more items in it then the first one ??  Why is that ?

They look the same. The "certified like new" are (I believe) customer returns which have been checked out and is being resold at discount price.  They have a standard 1 year warranty, so is pretty good deal.

The MK11ASD is what is showing in the link below.
The second link has a slightly different set of parts and isn't listed as Certified New. So it is probably factory new.
