Why does x10 keep my $229.00 in their account since July 21 and even after I canceled my order a couple weeks ago. I could not believe how slow they were and told them so. I've written an email to Markus this morning and called the company and left a message. If I don't get my money refunded shortly then I will contact the Attorney General in Wa.
That is MY money you are PLAYING with!!

Most of the people who visit these forums are not X10 employees. In my short time as a poster, I've seen only one post from an X10 employee and he was a salesman trying to sell something.

Yes as volunteers and end users here.
We don't have much contact to X10 and if they are reading the massages. They are not replying.
I had a sold out item on one of my orders and I believe it was two or three weeks for the credit to show up.
Have you tried the Order Problem Form?
One choice is check on a refund.
