Title: Reinstalling AHP question (solved)
Post by: birdzeye on August 11, 2010, 08:11:22 AM
I recently had to reformat the computer that had AHP+all plugins on it. I saved the installation package so I know I can reinstall it, but is there anything more to it than that? Like do I have to phone x10 technical support & get the thing reregistered or anything?
I just want to make sure I do this right the second time around without any major  B:(  problems.
Any suggestions appreciated.

After you reinstall AHP you will have to register AHP and all of the plugins within AHP.  You will need your register keys from the order email that x10 sent you.  Normally the registration keys are the order number with a(-1) (-2) and so on for each plugin.  But you'll have to get those numbers from your order email.  Hopefully you printed the email out before you reformatted.   :)  If you didn't there is a site that your can request your registration keys, do a search for registration keys or maybe someone else can jump in.  Hope this helps.

Thanks, I phoned x10 tech support for the registration keys and everything reinstalled (surprisingly!) without any problems at all!  :)
