I have seen this product in one of the home automation site.
http://www.uk-automation.co.uk/x10-infrared-transmitter-p-1412.html. (http://www.uk-automation.co.uk/x10-infrared-transmitter-p-1412.html.)
I doesn't have much description of the product. Can I use this product to control my projector and amplifier directly from the x10...
Would be great if someone could share me the product manual of this product.

Your product link seems to be broken.
I did find it on the site but as you said no manuals there.
Hope someone has one and can give you more details.
Found this in their support forum.
Though not much information other than a user has a setup problem.

Brian, he had a period at the end of the link. Here is the corrected link.

It seems to say that it learns up to 32 infrared commands from your existing remote control, so if it does what it says, then it can control any IR device you have a remote for, by sending X10 commands to it.
I seem to remember Dave X10L bought a different model a while back... http://www.usbuirt.com/order.htm (http://www.usbuirt.com/order.htm)

This one is controlled by USB.

That is correct! I do use the USB-UIRT... and have for some time.
The programming for the USB-UIRT is built into BVC (Bill's Voice Commander) (http://www.wgjohns.com/bvc.htm). This allows me to control IR devices in a variety of ways... including of course Voice Commands (see my BVC fan Site (http://www.davesdomainonline.com/bvc/bvc.htm)).
Since I use a Home Automation PC... I really get the full advanced automation features from AHP. My HA PC is located (out of the way) in the basement. I use the "component cloak" IR extenders (http://www.x10.com/promotions/pm5900_ed_conceal_si.html) to resend the IR commands anywhere in my home. It works great!

first of all sorry for the broken link. I have heard about the USB-UIRT it is good.
But if I am writing an app to do this activity from a mobile for me.using x10 for home automation and using USB for IR transmission. I don't know how tough it will be. ??? I assumed that using the x10 IR transmitter I wanted to see if I can actually Control my Projector and AMP using X10 commands.

There's an app called Girder (that I've never used) that may do what you're after.
I'm not sure what app you're writing - the mobile one, or the app that will control your amplifier?
