Title: I can't think of why its doing it.

I put up xmas light outside and hook them up to X10. They will work great useing SH624 remote. They will not work with ahp sometime with active mobile.

the light on my work shop i plug in Tm751. Then the light are plug into app mod.

Do the lights turn on and off properly if you click on then in AHP? (On your computer of course)
