Wired up a new 3-way circuit. Lamps go on and off just fine if button is pressed on master switch or the slave.
Master is set to code A1. As are 3 other circuits in the house. When I use the Mini-Timer and turn on A1 all the other A1 lights come on except this new one.
Is there a way to wire up the master so it works in the circuit but does not 'hear' commands?

No I doubt it is the wiring.
Sounds more like a signal problem the the circuit the switches are on. Possibly a phase coupling issue or noise and signal suckers.
Try moving the minitimer around the house and see if some locations can control them and you may also see some of the areas that did work stop working.

OK, I thought it might be a phase problem. New circuit is on a 2nd panel in the house. Plugged a 2nd mini-timer into a circuit on the 2nd panel. The new circuit turns on and off fine. But this is strange. The other circuits also went on and off, too!
Now this is weird. Unplugged 1st mini-timer and plugged 2nd mini-timer into the same outlet. When I turn on A1 ALL lights on A1 come on. Even the new circuit!
1st mini-timer has a sticker on the bottom, 03L52. The 2nd mini-timer sticker says 01H35. Both are models MT10A.
