FWIW
I agree. PCS and ACT made some of the best X10 protocol PLC devices around. Neither company believed in "marginal design" which was reflected in their price.

You have to include the Leviton true-rocker switches in that group too.  While expensive, they have worked almost flawlessly here for over 7 years now.  The only problem was on a circuit with a Lumoform 120V 4W LED light that was the worst noisemaker I have run across.

Leviton has a very extensive line of X10 compatible products, ranging from the low-end "re-branded" X10 devices up to two-way dimmers with a LED bargraph showing the current setting.  All the better grade products have true-rocker action.

They're going up on eBay if nobody on here wants them by the new year.
