This applies the RR501 it does not apply to the TM751 as it only has housecode settings.
Set your RR501 to a housecode, and set the unit code to 9. That unit code is usually unused as few users have that many modules in a room in AHP. That way, the RR501 still transcives RF signals from SS13's, for example but turning a module on or off does not affect the RR501

I guess this makes sense if you are using multiple House codes, and have several 5501's.
However, I have more than 8 units on my primary house code. I stopped using my RR501 when I added the 18.5" reflector to my CM15A's antenna, and improved my RF reception so it works anywhere in the house.

18.5"? Last year the recommendation was 9" - 9.25" ... does doubling it provide additional benefit? And did you modify the existing antenna or just tape the wire alongside it. Thanks!

I did 18.5", taped alongside the plastic antenna. Control from the top floor (me) to the basement (CM15) is no longer a problem :-)
