Title: Medical Alert will not talk over Cable VOIP.
Post by: TonyGotaTruck on January 04, 2011, 06:25:41 PM
I install Medical Alerts and have been for years. I have never had a single problem so I am really needing your thoughts. My Uncle has changed from standard phone service (copper) to Cable VOIP and now the Pendant will not pick up the phone line and communicate. I have heard of and used DSL Filters but never anything when using cable as the provider.

Is there and filter that should be used to make the Pendant talk? I use X10,s PA-5800S

Thanks, This is my first post ever so go easy on the old boy....well, maybe my second...
