Title: X-10 Rude and un professionial staff in tech support

Just wanted to put my 2 cents in, but I would like all to know that I have never seen such rude and un professionial support from any organization ever.. Sorry X-10 crew.

THUMBS DOWN TO X-10 - There CEO needs to go ons TV and disguise himself as an employee to see what up..  what a disconnect.. 

Called 3 times for support in and got 3 smart ass comments as well.

This is a community forum. We are just customers... users of X10... just like yourself.

In most cases we (the  users) are X10's tech support! rofl

well it is sad that the community is usualy more helpful but the thought made me laugh!

It says here (humor intended) We should ask aweeks1 to post some details about his problem. Users who work with the community here at the forum almost always find solutions to their problems.
