Title: Can't Register Vanguard Software

I am running XP Pro (c) with update 2. The Vanguard program and drivers load great. Cameras show up on screen. I can switch and control cameras with my CR14A remote......however My mouse and keyboard freeze and I physically cannot get to the registration box to type in the password. I could almost live with it except the box takes up 25 % of the screen. The only way I can leave the program is to shut down and restart my computer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and have all anti-virus shut down. Any body got any ideas? .....John....

 I upgraded to SP 3 for XP pro. I have since installed Vanguard and it is working well.
