Title: Printer not recognized unable to install for labels

I have tried to find a solution but the problem has not been that important before, but as I am upgrading I wanted to fix this. My printer can print reports etc... but the ONE thing it will not print is labels. It says "before you print, you need t oselect a printer" but.. it won;t let me. I see my printer in a list, I click on it, it reports ready, but the "print" button never un greys out. Find printer etc, is unavailing. It has been this was in all the recent vesions of AHP. (including the current one, which I hoped might fix this.)

Prints fine on my lexmark, HP and through my fax machine.

What model of printer, what OS, what AHP version so we can confirm.

Sorry, shoul dhave included that. CanonMX310, Vista and 3.311
