Please can someone help me. I cannot get the AHP (3.313) MyHouse service to connect. I registered the MyHouse plug-in after install with the registration I was emailed and it was successful. It shows "Registered to "Dave Bxxxxx". I am a Network Engineer so I took a network sniff of the conversation from my pc to the x10 server (63.211.210.97) and it shows a successful connection. Looks like my pc sents a SYN packet to the server and the server responds back with a SYN-ACK like it should. Then they have an encrypted conversation (port 443) that ends normally. Nothing appears to be blocked. But when I open the MyHouse status it says it cannot connect! The reason being..."Verify MyHouse plug-in registration" error over and over. The problem must be with my registration since the sniff shows a successful connection. I have called Tech Support for the last five days but no-one can fix it. All I get is "they will emil me something" that I never get. I asked them if they could just verify my registration number on the server and I hear crickets on the phone. Sounds like they don't even know what I'm talking about or how to check this???? How can this be???? Anyway if someone can help me it would be greatly appreciated. Help, help, help. B:(

There is a known issue with 3.313 MyHouse Online which causes this. Tech support has a preview release of AHP which contains the fix for this issue, which is probably what they are trying to send you. We are working on a 3.314 release now which will contain this fix.
If you PM me your email address I will try to send you the link for the preview release. Hopefully I won't be blocked by whatever is preventing tech support's emails from getting through.
