No
It is analog only. However if you have an HD TV with composite output (yellow RCA connector labeled "Video") it will transmit that with a receiver output close to 720I. But that isn't HD.

All the TVs in our home are hooked up to the cable but only one via HD box.  I suspected it could/would not transmit HD.  Thanks!
