Title: Tips for complete reinstall?

I think it's time to uninstall all my X-10 stuff and start over....need to clear up issues that cropped up lately with a purchase of ActivePhone Pro.

-Which files do I need backed up to restore my X-10 setup, module, timers, macros, i.e.?
-Is there a registry clean procedure to run before reinstall?
-Is there a way to verify I have all the codes to reinstall my SW? I think I started out with ActiveHome years ago on another computer, but I'm not sure I have the code for it .....on a tape back-up, perhaps, that I can no longer read with any sw I have now. :(
I'm not even sure I have the code for ActiveHome Pro upgrade....the earliest thing I can find is for SW31A, and I think that might be an IR app that I never installed.
-Can I somehow extract my current codes from my current running system?

I guess I might be in a pickle.

Can X-10 look up that info for me with just my name, and a different email address...changed since purchased?
Anyone with success with this?

From the software list.
SW31A is the base Active Home Pro.

The tech support email at the bottom might be worth a shot before trying to reinstall everything.
