Title: Download Error

When trying to download to my interface, I receive the following error.

Not enpught space in the interface
Download error
current memory usage:

Need more information.
What interface? CM11A, CM15A, CM19A?
What software?

I am using a CM15A and my computer operating system is Vista.  I replaced the batteries in the CM15A And deleted all rooms, timers and macros.  Then when I make a new room with a timer or macro and try to send the info to the CM15A, I receive the same message.  Thanks for replying.  I do appreciate it.
