This is the command line program for Blue Iris.  Change the extension to a zip and unzip into the Blue Iris program directory.

Are you sure you posted a .txt file, all I got in Notepad was 2 pages of drivel.

Dan, the instructions that I posted said it was a zip file named as a .txt file and to change the extension to zip after downloading. then extract.
