Title: pa5800 not dial

My system not dial

my phone system is provide by a cabling company! could it be a problem.

someboday can help me

It should not be a problem but contact your cable company and voice your concerns.

Maybe the unit doesnt work.

Call the cable company.
There are other posts of some cable system phones needing some adjustment's to work.

What is specific think this system need to work?

It should be writen in the doc what is the specific config need this system

Where did you buy the 5800? Where are you at? USA?

Most cable company phone interface emulates US POTS closely, so my guess is you have a bad 5800. But did you read and follow the instructions? I believe the 5800 requires four dial out phone numbers, no less, or it will not work.

All four phone number entries have to be filled. If you have less than four duplicate them.
