Title: HELP: How to connect XPS3/WS13A?
Post by: alexsoh on February 21, 2012, 10:06:13 PM
Hi guys,

I spend an hour trying to figure out how to wire this. I thought it would've taken me 15 minutes, but I was wrong :P
Here's the current wire layout where there are a bunch of white wires (Neutral) going into a wirenut and a bunch of black wires (Line?) going into another wirenut.
And then there is a white and black wire pair (Load?) where the black goes to the switch and the white joins the bunch of whites.

So what should I do to wire my WS13A? Do I need an extra white wire or should I use the one that came out of the pair (Load?) Help help....

Run a short white wire jumper from the neutral bundle in the wall box.

Thanks! I shall try again this weekend.
