Title: Mobile Player software IPCamera jar is not working.

Hello, I am using a Blackberry Torch 9800 smartphone.  I have not been successful operating the supplied mobile player to access my Apexis and Airsight network. When ever I activate the mobile player software I get this error message. Starting IP camera: Module "IP camera" attempts to access a secure API.  My WAN is operating reliably from land networks.
Question:
Is this software working for anyone?

I had to purchase Total Control Video Surveillance Application for Blackberry www.totalcontrolapp.com. I use the Blackberry OS 4.3 & up Multicam Edition.
