Title: Create marco with housecode?
Post by: MrReaL on May 20, 2012, 05:51:07 AM
Hello,

Is it possible to trigger a Macro by a house code? My CM15Pro receives the code A (no number) and this triggers a Marco that turns 1 or more lights on?

If so, how do i set this up within ActiveHome?

Greets,

Erwin

Try setting the Macro to A1

Do you think this wil have the same effect? I'm trying to use my Logitech Harmony 1100. The Harmony can only send a house code or a number, for some stupid reason logitech removed the macrofunction from the new remotes. With my old Harmony, the 1000, i was able to set a little marco in the remote sending House code, number and command.

I just tried this. Added a new transceiver module A. When I click it A1 macro got triggered. Not A2 or any others.

Okay, tested it, no success. I use:
- Harmony 1100 (a button configured sending housecode A)
- IR724: Receiving signal passing it through on to the electrical network
- CM15: a Marco set on receiving "A1 On" as said this would be the effect if only "A" was send. This Marco turns on a light on a different house code (P1 On)

It seems my configuration does not send the signal A when pressing the button (Using the activity monitor within ActiveHome). However, when pressing the button with housecode A followed by the signal "On" the activity monitor registers the commando. This is still 1 button more then what i would like to achieve.

Any ideas?
