Pan/Tilt/Zoom , waterproof, weatherproof outdoor camera to guard my boat in a Marina.

I suggest you search the forum with "PTZ Pro" or "xx40A" model and read what other users have experienced. You will need power, WiFi, and a way to mount camera at the marina.
