what does the newer version of Active Home pro offer that the old doesn't?
When I click my house service from Active home pro; I am not able to connect even though I set up my profile; any ideas?
I am not able to connect to my house on line while I am away from home using another (other than home computer) computer; i don't know why.
I might add that I am able to access with my smart phone just fine; any on the above? Thanks all

What version of AHP are you using? More information is needed.

Question; I don't always get good reception from my wireless camera transmitters; anything cn be done to boose camera signals, or help the reception?
-
In another thread. You mentioned an XX36 IP type.
Are they the ones with the reception problems or do you also have some of the X10 2.4 GHz ones also?
I have seen external wi-fi antennas and signal boosters.
Not sure how a booster would handle the video feed.

The reception issue I am talking about here is with the earlier X10 2.4GHz cams. I am having a some reception issues...Not sure what can be done...

Same x2 camera system; Does anyone know why (on a system with several cameras) why some cameras can not be switched? When said camera is plugged in it takes over other camera transmissions....

Power line signal problems to the addressable power suppies or you are using more than one four address Unit Group.
Only one can be on at a time. They default to On at power up.
They are addressed with the same House Code and in groups of four Unit Codes. 1-4,5-8,9-12 and 13-16. Turn one On the other three go off.
Now if you have more than four cameras and are using more then one Unit Group. You have to turn Off the active camera in one group and then turn the one you want to use On.
If you are using more than one House Code for the cameras. Same thing. Turn Off the active camera and then turn On the one you want to use.
