Title: Din Rail & PC interface rgb led's?

Could i use a X10 LD11 DIN RAIL DIMMER MODULE with something like a CM15 to change the colour of RGB LED lights in a single room via the PC (the LED's will replace my fluorescent lights)?
Im completely new to this whole thing so if this is a silly question my bad  :D

The module allows simple on\off and dim\brighten commands via something like the Cm15.
