Does the ACT AF120 Filter work in both directions?
I simply have a CM15A and 3 Appliance Modules plugged into the same power strip.
Sometimes they work and sometimes not.
I suspect that there is interference from somewhere in the house and there may be multiple sources.
If I plug the power strip into an ACT AF120 will that suppress interference from the house power line?
I think this is the opposite direction of how the filter is typically used.
Thanks.

If the power strip has a noise filter in it. It could be absorbing the X10 signals. Though if the CM15A and Appliance Modules are all on the power strip. I would think the signal would be strong enough to still control them
Is your computing equipment also on the same power strip? They can be large signal suckers or noise makers.
The AF120 will isolate the power strip and everything connected to it. From the rest of the houses wiring.
X10 signals will not pass through the AF120 back into the house and noise from the house should be greatly attenuated into the power strip.
