I'm trying to install AHP on a new PC - Win7. Just as the install gets to the point where it should start copying files, I get an error "Could not communicate to the network server. error 3", "403 Forbidden".
I've tried turning off all firewalls and realtime antivirus. I assume this is an issue on the x10 server side, but really don't know. I'm afraid to run the setup on my old PC for fear it will hose the current install. Does anyone know of server issues at this time?
Thanks

X10 Wireless Technologies went out of business along with the servers for software installation.
There is a new owner of the X10 brand and is in the process of trying to get the servers back on line, but parts where needed. As they had a very short time to get the servers from the X10WTI location.
I will see if I can find more information on using the European AHP that does not use a server to obtain the files or requires registration.

I had the same problem. Just got new win 7 pro 64 bit machine and trying to load the programs. The setup files downloaded OK but when I tried to run the install on AHP it failed. This was after I did a web search to find the software download page since my 2011 original email links didn't work anymore. I too would appreciate any updates on the servers getting back online. My old XP machine was dying (year 2000 vintage hardware). Hope all is well with the forum gang. JGM

The servers are still off line.
Tuicemen has added updated information in his forums on getting AHP installed.
