When loading AHP 3.318 I get a message that says AHP stopped working and Windows is checking for a solution. I tried downloading a fresh copy from http://forums.x10.com/index.php?topic=28795.0 and got the same message. Where am I going wrong? Please help me find a fix.

My car won't run, what's wrong....

Moose we need a little more information.
1. Does AHP open at all?
2. If it opens, what are you doing when it crashes?
3. Did it ever run, or are you installing for the first time?
4. What version of Windows?
5. What X10 interface are you using?

If you had AHP previously working even a older version then:
The most likely reason for AHP crashing is a corrupt x10active.XML file
This file is found in C:\ProgramData\X10 Settings either delete it or rename it then try restarting AHP.
A uninstall or reinstall has no affect on this file AHP reads this on starting, if it doesn't exist it makes one for the next start up.
