does anyone  know the default ip and password for this.

I bought one and it works but cant find the ip address.

As you've already found from the manual, it's webx/webx.  If you're trying to have it send an email and it won't work, it's because it doesn't have the modern security features to work with most email providers. However, you can set up a free account to send emails at
smtp2go.com that will let you send up to 1000 free emails per month.
