Title: Iwitness Camera scanning causes lockups
Post by: kevin dejaeger on April 04, 2005, 06:55:01 PM
I purchase the new IWitness plugin and for
the most I am very happy with the product. I
really like the way it itegrated with AHP. I
have 4 camera's I use in a 15 sec scan loop.
I have found out after a long period, last
time overnight, that IWitness just locks up
and does not scan or even show a picture
anymore. If I restart AHP then it fixes the
issue, Has anyone else seen this issue?

Kevin: What version of Windows are you using?
If you look in the Activity Monitor, what's
the last event before you restarted the program?

I also noticed then when I scan without
saving stills there is no problems. I can
scan all day and it does not lock up. When I
start saving stills is when it locks up.
Hope that helps.

X-ray vision would lock up like this. Never
found a fix. I was considering upgrading to
Iwitness but I guess I will wait.
