Title: ahcmd requires msvcp71.dll

ahcmd.exe, used by the Perl examples,
requires msvcp71.dll to run - This DLL is not
installed by default on an XP systems.

(Yes, I know it can be found on the web.)

We shouldn't need to use msvcp71.dll, and
I'll see if we can remove the dependency.

Has that dependency been removed yet?  I am
running into the same problem
