Title: AHP software and USB driver

Please send me the correct AHP software and
USB driver WITH correct instructions on
installing it on a XP machine.

I have all this X10 hardware and NO way to
use it.

BTW, this is my third attempt at getting
someones attention.

I've filled out that stupid form 3 times.  I
have NOT gotten any email.  What is with you
guys, is this software so precious.

If I do not receive the software by tomorrow
I'll be send the hardware back.......

I need a USB driver for the Active Home USB
module.  I have downloaded the software,
version 1.42 but it does not include the
USB driver?  The software is useless
without the driver.  Please advise.

Version 1.42?  AHPro (which is USB based for
the CM15a) has been using release 3.1x for
many months.  Are you sure you're using
"ActiveHomePro" or did you download the older
"ActiveHome" which is entirely different
software and uses serial port to operate the
non-USB CM11a module?

Garion: v1.42 on our software download site
is the software for the original (serial)
ActiveHome. You should have received an
e-mail after you ordered ActiveHome Pro with
information on downloading and registering.
If you didn't get that, e-mail me at
ahpsupport@x10.com with your order number and
I'll get it sent to you.

I can't find my order number. How can I
download the USB version of the software?

Why do you make this complicated, since the
software is only useful to those who have
purchased the hardware?
