Title: 3.1777 bugs

After loading version 3.1777, I noticed the
following changes.

1. Battery time was reset to zero.
2. My custom coordinates were changed
substantially.

In fairness to the software, I did not
check these setting first. I've noticed the
battery reseting before but have never had
my custom latitude & longitude change.

I noticed both of these issues to and from
what I have read on here, I think everyone
has seen #2.  I suspect that when they
changed the format of the configuration
file to include the Auto Transceive option,
the location data became misaligned and got
garbled.

I have read that people are also having
issues with the Auto Transceive feature,
but I suspect that is because they have
transceivers configured that they aren't
using.

There definitely is a problem with the
Dusk/Dawn data. We're fixing that today.
