Title: TM751 and timers

Hey x10, I got my new CM15A with the
diagnostic feature and it took care of many
problems I was having before.  The only
problem I have now is I cannot use a timer
on my TM751 receiver modules.  I can
control the TM751 through the activehome
software now, so I don't see why the timers
dont work, the timers work fine on lamp and
appliance modules.  Let me know whats up,

The TM751 only responde to RF signals and
not X10 Line Signals. I have never done
this, but I would guess the timers will have
to send an RF signal to control the TM751s.

You could create a timed macro with the
appropriate RF X1 command. That way, what
you have plugged into the TM751 would turn
on or off.

You're welcome. What I didn't realize when
I got my CM15A is that it can transmit both
PLC (Power Line Commands) and RF commands
(acting as a Palmpad controler). I beleive
the RF commands are available as macro only.

FYI USING CM15A and RF commands.
It does not seem to put its own RF commands
on the power line so you must have a
separate tranceiver.

Dan: I thought this should be working, but
I'll check into it -- it could be that stored
timers for the TM751 aren't being stored as
RF commands.

If i click the little switch on the screen
the TM751 goes on and off fine, its just
the timer that doesnt work, I havent tried
a macro, but I would hope it  should work
just setting a timer the normal way.  Let
me know what you find out X10, thanks.

It looks like that commands for the TM751
aren't being encoded as RF commands in timers
or macros. We'll get that fixed pretty quick.
