Title: Unable to contact Michael in AHP tech support
Post by: mark n on March 09, 2005, 05:23:34 PM
I have been trying to get in touch with
Michael in support... I have sent numerous
emails to him over the last 2 weeks, and at
first thought maybe my spam filtering was
stopping the replies. However, the last few
were sent both read and delivery receipt...
I'm getting the delivery receipt, but not
the read receipt, nor any replies.

This is kind of humorous, as I've been
working as a sort of beta tester directly
with Michael, and have only lost touch with
him the last couple of weeks. Last
thursday, another CM15A just magically
appeared at my home, but no information on
what it is or why I got it, or what, if
anything, I'm supposed to DO with it! :-)

If anyone in tech support reads this and
knows the whereabouts of Michael, please
respond here, so we can get the lines of
communication opened again... Thanks!!

Mark: I just sent you an e-mail. If it

I also sent multiple replies to
micheal@x10.com and tech@x10.com, and one e-
mail to ahpsupport@x10.com with no reply.
I have been trying for a couple of weeks
now. The one to ahpsuport@x10.com was just
today trying to find out what happend to
the rest of the e-mails, so I might get a
reply yet, but I am not going to hold my
breath.

I sent a couple more e-mail since I posted
here, still no luck, they always used to
get back with me in a timley matter but now
it is like the mail isn't even getting
there or back.  I know if this continues
for much longer though they are at risk of
lossing business.

Mark N; glad you finnaly got a reply did
you find out where your problems lie?

The email thing seems to have been some
kind of problem at X-10's end... Hopefully,
it's all better now...

The most recent unit is in place and under
test... We'll see how it holds up.
