Title: Manual uninstall

Anyone able to tell me how to manually
uninstall ActiveHome Pro so that I can do a
fresh re-install.  I get an error when using
the Control Panel add-remove programs and I
get an error when trying to update through
the "update available" icon.  Thanks for any
assistance.
