Title: I HAVE A QUESTION
Post by: paul on September 12, 2005, 08:48:18 PM
Has anyone tried to splice the ninja pan
tilt power supply into the same wired
camera supply?  This would be similar to
the wireless setup that they advertise.

Paul,

Your question is a little vague...can you
be more specific on how you are thinking of
splicing and what the end result you are
looking for is?

If he wants to void his warrantee to do
something different, he wouldnt be the
first one. No reason to get nasty.

Wow... sounds like SamIHam has hijacked
Ian's name.  X10 really ought to implement
some simple password authentication.
Anyhow - Paul - what are you trying to do?
When I set up my Ninja, the camera plugged
directly into the Ninja.  The original
camera power supply sits in a box as a spare
for later and the Ninja mounted camera uses
the address code of the Ninja power supply.
There is no splicing involved; it just plugs
in.

That isn't me, but go get 'em "Ian"!  These
fanatics and x10 really suck.  Be careful
what you wish for "Dan", they might filter
out you fanatics, too.
