Title: Re-Installed system. Picture disapears after 1/2 second.

I recently reinstalled my X10 cameras after doing some
house remodeled. Something got messed up somehow.
My two indoor cameras work just fine, but my two
outdoor cams (which worked OK before) when I turn them
on, a clear picture appears for about 1/2 second then the
TV screen goes to static. Anybody know what I did wrong?

Did any of the improvements change the way
the addressable power supplies where
connected? Almost sounds like they come on
then go off. Since cameras are in groups of
4 unit codes turn one on the other three go
off. If the normally on one then goes off,
thers is on camrea active and static.
Anyting else like a wireless network or
2.4Ghz phone added?
