Title: One more for the dialer

How does the dialer work? If the first phone
does not answer/busy it tries the second,
third and fourth, what happen if all the 4
numbers are the same (i.e my cell phone) and
I'm not able to pick up due I lost signal
(very common) or I'm on other call? Will the
system dial again?

I'm pretty sure that this issue is covered
in the manual that comes with the alarm.
Don't quote me, but I seem to recall that
it keeps looping thru the 4 numbers until a
fixed amount of time has expired (at which
time it resets itself, leaves all
the "lights on", and flashes the
appropriate zone light).

You'll have to reprogram again. What you
did when you installed the new batteries
the console took it in zone 14. The console
still thinks theres a sensor in 9. There no
way around it. Just reprogram it and the
beeps will stop.
