Title: Smart RF Repeater SR731

I have your , but  still am not sure how it
operates. Does it  repeat the same code
that it receives?  Example: If it is sent
an B 4 signal will  it then repeat the B 4
signal getting the  command to the remote
receiver?

Yes. It repeats what it hears. Here is a
quote from the SR731 Web Page:
"It receives the radio frequency (RF)
transmissions from the sensors and
controllers, and repeats (re-transmits) them
to the receiver."
