Title: Need help - please

  I am having trouble getting started, I
thought the space between my door sensor
magnets were the problem - but No
It seems that the space between the
magnets is not the problem --  I have tried
to reprogram the whole unit by un plugging
it and removing the battery --- Then
reinstalling the window sensor,it seems to
accept the code alright -  when I arm the
sensor in the Run 1 mode I get a repettive
chime -- the battreies are new and I have
tried another set but no good.
Don't know what to do next.

Are you sure the arrows on the door sensor
contacts are facing each other?

In the directions (kind of obscure) it says
to hold down the test button for a period,
maybe thirty seconds, to reset the unit.  I
did this and have not had a problem since.

That is with the battery romoved if I
remember correctly
