Title: Square footage
Post by: karl cartwright on January 22, 2006, 10:28:10 AM
If there is a search function for this forum,
I did not see it, so I appologize if this has
been asked.
I am curious about the maximum square footage
a typical system can handle.  How many
modules can be supported and what things you
need to think about if oufitting an antire
10,000 sq ft house.

Right on the no search function. Both here
and the AHP Forums have no search.

I seen last night that 3000 Ft^3 is a limit
talked a lot about. I was looking at signal
amps that take the millavolt signal and
bosted it to 5 volts. I am new to this stuff
in the last 2 week and am lurning the limits
to the flex ability of the X10 product. I
would post your plans on this or other X10
forums to see what other have don't for your
unique requirments. If you read a few of MY
latest post here on this web page you will
see that the advertisment promis of real
automation is only if you are a robot and
desing the system for action you prform 7
days a week with no verience for day to day.
Like you park in the garage and thats is it
