Title: ir remote for x10

I OWN A SONY RM-AX4000 LCD REMOTE WHICH HAS
X-10 CAPABILITY BUT WHEN PROGRAMMED
EVERYTHING WORKS EXCEPT THE DIMMING
FUNCTIONS FOR LAMPS. IS THERE AN X-10
REMOTE I CAN BUY THAT IS INFARED SO I CAN
USE THE LEARN FUNCTION ON THE SONY. IT
SEEMS ALL OF THE X-10 REMOTES ARE RF. NOT
INFARED.

The 6in1 Remote defaults to RF but can be
set to do IR with some button sequences.
That way it can be used with the X10 IR
Receiver.

X10 is now calling it the Super remote.
Model is UR19A. In the Support Users manuals
area. You can look ate all the remotes
mauals and see which is best for you and if
it can be set to IR.
