Title: Any chance of smaller click zones for all lights on/off?
Post by: Grandpa David on November 18, 2004, 04:44:47 PM
Suspect it probably is font dependent, but
the active click zones to turn on or off
all lights in the the heading of the rooom
pane extends quite far to the left from the
actual labels and I seem to be able to
inadvertently turn off/on everything in the
house by mistake.  If the areas could be
resized to just fit the verbage, it would
be a help to me.

We'll take a look and see what we can do. The
click area should only be about the size of
the text. Just for checking, what version of
Windows are you seeing this on?

Good catch!

The click zone extends about an inch to the
left of my text also.

I'm also running XP w/SP2.

The left boundary of the click zone is in a
fixed location independent of the length of
the text.

e.g.
Most of my room names are about 6 letters
long. For them the left boundary of the
click zone is about 1 inch left of the
text. For the my room named "Conditional
Macros", however, is just about right on.

This is on our list to fix.
