I think it would be good to have AHP be
able to connect to the CM15A on a schedule
and download and clear the Activity Monitor
and dump to a text file. This could be
scheduled by the user under options. That
way we always know what was incoming and
outgoing on the PL in our systems.
Or something similar...doesn't sound to
difficult once AHP and the CM15A work right.

PS The files should be named by the date
or week or sequential or something so it
does not overwrite data.

The CM15A does not maintain a log file in
the interface - ALL tracking of events is
done within the AHP - Activity Monitor
program. You MUST have the CM15A attached
and the computer with AHP running to keep
track of all activity.

Donald
EXACTLY!

David: There isn’t enough memory in the
CM15a to do this. In a different thread
someone said there is only 256 bytes of
RAM, which is used for remembering the
status.

Sorry Guys...but this is a wish list and I
wish it! Although not nearly as much as a
working unit and a working AHP!!!!

NP. I guess that isn't much different than
me wishing the CM15a had a LAN interface
(instead of USB). We probably won't get
either of these wishes until they decide to
make a CM21a. ;)
This makes me wonder why they called it a
CM15a when they had already released a
CM17a and a CM19a? Surely this design
didn't pre-date the CM17a.

My guess would be it comes after CM11A and
before CM17A still leaves a little room to
wiggle 8-)
