Title: Software Only

I had a major system debacle and lost the
software.  How do I get the software to
reinstall without buying a complete new
package.
I have written "support" a number of times
but have never recieved a response.

Any suggestions as to what to do?

William:  If you still have the order
number for AHP and have access to the same
e-mail address as on the original order,
you can enter that info at:

http://www.x10.com/register/download.htm

and it will e-mail you a link to download
the software again.

Otherwise you will have to call Technical
Support (800-675-3044).
