Title: Multiple colors

What I would like would be for switches &
etc. to come in more than just WHITE so that
I can match the decor of the rooms better.

FYI: I think X10 used to make their modules
in Ivory so if you check eBay you might be
able to find some used ones.  Some third
party manufacturers make Ivory switches
(some of which have changeable rockers).

I agree that more colours would be nice
though.  In our master bedroom the walls
are dark purple and brown switches blend-in
nicely.

Paint the switches to what ever paint
scheme you want. Works for me quite nicely.

Donald:  What type of paint do you use?  I
have never been fond of painted switches
(or switch plates) as they usually look
kind of blotchy.  Maybe if you airbrushed
on a good quality modeling paint with fine
pigments it would look better.
