Actualy there are a number of options you can use depending on your hardware and the expence you wish to dole out! ;) if you have a web site that you can upload to  you can use the FTPuploader included with the freeware X10Dispatcher. If not You can Use x10s Free Xrayvision but you'll have to install the client half on your work PC. You can use remote desktop as bandit1222 stated. If you have the Cm15a ActiveHome Pro and iWitness you can use it. I just started a new job which allows me internet access once I'm settled in I'll test out a few since I have x10dispatcher,iWitness and a web site  ;)
