Title: Brand New to this

I just loaded the ActivePro software (CM15A) and hooked everything to my computer.  I have verified every house and unit code with the lamp(LM465) and appliance (AM466) codes.  Nothing works, except and old Radio Shack receiver that I use for a fan.  Is there something I'm missing.  I've read and followed each line of instructions at least 4 times.  Do I need to have a transceiver? HELP, your advise is appreciated.

Hawk711 You don't need a transciever (usualy) there are some issues with RF range and the CM15A .Have you checked your harware configuration to make sure your housecode are set to trancieved? you may have to set to specific as auto sometimes doesn't find all codes your using.
There are many things that could be happening check the "Having problems read me first" post many problems are addressed there.
