Title: transciever module wont turn off

it clicks twice as if it's 'trying' to turn off, but it cant
plz help

Unplug it.

Wait 10 minutes or so, then plug it back in and see if responds to both on and off commands from AHP.

If it doesn't, replace it.

i found a way to fix the problem. it seems the capacitors in the power converter i am controlling with it are messing with the auto switching thingamajig... anyway i fixed it by plugging in a single-outlet surge protector

Glad you found the problem and shared the data with us. That is one more thing we can pass on as others may also have similar problems.
