Title: Unable to register software

I just purchased Active home Pro with the CM15A and the USB Digital Video Converter.  When I load Active Home it asks me to register.  I have tried several times and after I enter the codes from the e-mail I received it looks far awhile then states "Registration Code Not Found".  In reading through the FORUM this software and registration seems to have a serious problem.

I have double checked the registration codes sent and tried registering several times with the same result.  It would sure Be nice if the over $200 worth of products I purchased would work.

I'd contact X10 and have them confirm/fix/enter the codes you have.

Try to register again. Sometimes the register server has issues and things get fixed fairly soon.
